We specialise in block paving, resin driveways, tarmac driveways, porcelain patios, natural stone patios, and general paving and landscaping work for residential properties.

Any quotations or estimates provided by St Pauls Paving Ltd are based on the information available at the time of preparation. We aim to provide accurate and competitive pricing; however, quotations are subject to the following conditions:

• A site visit may be required before we can confirm a final quotation. Initial estimates are provided based on information you supply, and the final price may vary following a detailed assessment of the site.
• Quotations are valid for a period of [QUOTATION VALIDITY PERIOD] from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated.
• Should the scope of work change—due to additional requirements, unforeseen site conditions, or modifications to the original specification—we reserve the right to adjust the quotation accordingly.

Formal project-specific quotations, agreements or contracts may include additional terms and conditions relevant to the specific project where appropriate.

The materials and products we use for your project are sourced from various suppliers and manufacturers. While we strive to use the materials specified in your quotation, please note the following:

• All materials are subject to availability at the time of ordering. In the event that a particular product or material is no longer available, we will discuss suitable alternatives with you.
• Colours, textures and finishes of paving slabs, blocks, resin and other materials may vary slightly from sample displays, photographs or previous batches, due to natural variations in manufacturing and raw materials.
• We recommend that you select your preferred materials from actual samples where possible, rather than relying solely on photographs or digital images.

Project start dates and completion times provided at the quotation stage are estimates, unless otherwise agreed in writing as part of a formal contract. We will make every reasonable effort to commence and complete your project within the stated timeframe.

Please note that the following factors may affect scheduling and are beyond our reasonable control:

• Adverse weather conditions, including heavy rain, frost, snow or high winds
• Unforeseen site conditions requiring additional work or time
• Delays in material or product supply from third-party suppliers
• Availability of specialist equipment or labour
• Circumstances affecting access to the site

Should any significant delay arise, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you as soon as possible to discuss the situation and agree on a revised schedule.

Once work has been booked, materials have been ordered, or labour has been scheduled, cancellation or postponement terms will apply. We understand that circumstances can change, and we aim to handle such situations fairly and reasonably.

[CANCELLATION POLICY]

If you wish to cancel or postpone your project, please contact us as soon as possible in writing. The amount refunded (if any) will depend on the stage at which cancellation occurs, the cost of materials already ordered, and any labour costs incurred.

We reserve the right to cancel a booking or contract if circumstances beyond our reasonable control prevent us from carrying out the work. In such cases, we will refund any payments made in advance in full.

St Pauls Paving Ltd undertakes to carry out all work with reasonable care and skill, in accordance with industry standards and best practices. We maintain appropriate public liability insurance to cover potential claims arising from our work.

Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for:

• Delays or issues caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including adverse weather, supplier delays, or unforeseen site conditions
• Any loss or damage arising from information provided by the customer that is inaccurate or incomplete
• Damage to underground services or utilities that were not clearly marked or disclosed prior to work commencing
• Normal wear and tear to the completed work over time

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.
